Alcudia is a municipality located in the north of the island of Mallorca. It has about 20,000 inhabitants and a coastline of about 30 km. It is one of the most charming towns on the island. October 20 is the day of the Verges (of the virgins), the musicians, on behalf of parents, friends or boyfriends, sing serenades under the women´s balcony and they offer them bouquets and Mistela.
