It is well connected to the city through urban buses, line 1 connects to the city centre and port, line 21 connects to different hotels in Palma beach. Pickup & delivery. Staff service minded and kind.
Deposit on bank card still reserved over a week after returning the car. Agent says it was released, but bank statement does not. Causing a lot of back & forth messaging and involving the bank. Drivalia responding well and being helpful all the way though.

Very fast, effective and kind service.
The car I had wasn't in very good condition anymore. I didn't mind, because I'm used to driving the older beaten cars. I don't know if this is the same with their whole fleet, but if you prefer new cars then maybe some other company is for you.
