Valencia has numerous festivals and traditions, we would highlight Las Fallas, of international tourist interest, taking place between 15 and 19 March, they are true works of art made of cardboard, wood, paper, cloth ... that criticize mockingly the political and social current events and end up burning the night of San Jose. If you visit Valencia you need to enjoy the typical dishes offered: paella, fideuá, arroz a banda, black rice (with squid ink) and bread with alioli. Among the drinks you will find the horchata (a beverage made of tiger nuts) muscat and Valencian wáter (a spirited drink). Do you crave sweets? Here are delicious sweet fritters, fartones (a long bun specially made to dip into the horchata), marzipans and sugared almonds.
